For three generations, the family has been involved in the cultivation of the vine and the production of your Champagne wines. The vineyard, located on the Montagne de Reims, is entirely classified as 100% Grand Cru, the highest distinction among Champagne vineyards. This guarantees that you will find in our wines the fruitiness of our grapes and the unique character of our terroir.
The nose is complex, with an aromatic freshness. On the exhale, delicate notes of flowers and freshly picked fruit emerge. The taste is a pure experience, a real thrill for the taste buds! Fine and elegant, it appears clear, sharp and long with a slight bitterness. The champagne is full of energy accompanied by a pleasant acidity. Characteristic aromas of plum, lemon and blood orange peel underline the taste. A champagne with a strong personality.
The fragrance is moderate, remarkably fine, subtle and nuanced. The aromas are in harmony: the white flower, the almost imperceptible, refined tangerine, blend into bewitching scents. A few white fruits rub against the perceptible relief of the chalky texture and release their suave juice. The perfect control of acidity confers liveliness and persistence. The finish is chalky and whets the appetite. In short, a flood of freshness invades the entire palace.
The Grand Cru expresses an irresistible sensation of purity. Chiselled, worked in detail, one perceives fragility, lace in the mouth. Scents of ripe fruit intertwine with noble scents of leather. Then the citrus aromas rise and settle. The olfactory approach is both generous and invigorating. The mouth is to match. First of all, it is ample and fleshy. It shows perfect maturity with notes of juicy pear. The wine has taken on a very noble patina, with its notes of dried flowers and fresh biscuit. The finish has a hell of a peach. Nicely structured and restrained in power, it reveals a fine bitterness (rhubarb, orange zest). The whole is enhanced by a magnificent acidity, coating the palate with an irresistibly invigorating sensation.
The bubbles have a nice finesse. The nose is discreet. The beginning of the mouth is immediately delicious and reminds us of a basket of red fruits. The mouth is much more expressive than the nose, it is full of rich flavors. This sweet side is a treat for those with a slightly sweet tooth. The juice is full and ripe, but never exuberant. Very light acidity on the finish offering the freshness needed for balance.
