A long time ago, Denis Mugneret received this half hectare of Richebourg from the Xavier Liger-Belair family as sharecropping. It produces a sumptuous 2000 vintage, a favorite worthy of all the praise. Its black cherry color announces spicy aromas which, if they remain reserved, suggest a delicate complexity. On the palate, an explosion of ripe grapes, a suave and dense richness, tannins of great civility! A wine faithful to its terroir and its reputation (remarkable typicality).
