The estate's vines are spread over several villages in the Chablis vineyard and the Grand Auxerrois vineyard, mainly in the communes of Chablis and Courgis on 12 hectares. The Angst Vineyard produces the two king grape varieties of the Burgundy vineyard: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Antoine and Céline have been cultivating the vines in Organic conversion since 2020: tillage, partial grassing... and limiting the use of treatments to what is strictly necessary, following the specifications of the label. The area is also labelled HVE level 3 (High Environmental Value).
